RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please make contact within 7 days of receiving your item/s if you have any concerns. Please do not send items back before I have responded to your contact.

As many of my pieces are made to order, I am unable to offer refunds.

While I do not offer refunds, I can sometimes offer exchange or credit notes in certain situations. These are subject to approval and will be processed once the item has been returned and inspected.

PLEASE NOTE: The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.  It should be returned in its original packaging and encased in its original bubble wrap.

Undamaged means there are no marks or scratches that can be detected. This will be checked under magnification in the workshop prior to granting approval for exchange or a credit note.

I am unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on bespoke or custom order pieces.

Due to hygiene requirements and Australian Consumer Law I am unable to offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on earrings.

The customer will be required to pay for postage charges involved in returning an item for exchange or credit note.
